Terms and Conditions

1. Pets

We love animals, having 2 dogs and a cat of our own we understand how stressful it is to leave them with strangers when going on holiday. Therefore, at Dythel, wherever possible we like to accommodate your pets subject to the following conditions:

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times

You will need to bring your basket with you as pets are strictly not allowed on bedding or chairs

A charge of £15 is payable to reflect the extra cleaning required

We cannot accept liability to loss or injury to your pets

Any damage caused by animals must be paid for

2. Bookings

A non-refundable 10% deposit is payable upon booking. The balance must then be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Where bookings are made with less than 6 weeks before commencement, the full balance is payable.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 6 weeks notice, lose only the deposit
• 4-6 weeks notice - 50% refund of total
• Less than 4 weeks notice, apologies but no refund possible.

3. Conditions

Accommodation is let and furnished for the numbers specified and no exception can be made except by prior arrangement. Cars, contents, boats, baggage, etc., and all personal items are at owners risk. Guests are fully responsible for the Accommodation and are liable for any damages to the property and contents.

4. Departure and Arrival Times

In order to maintain our high standards of cleanliness we ask our guests to vacate their flats by 10.00am on the day of departure and to arrive after 3.30pm on the day of arrival (these times do not apply to specially arranged off season breaks).

5. Bed Linen

Bed linen is provided with beds made up for your arrival and changed weekly. We do not provide towels or tea towels.

6. Car Parking

Their is ample parking provision for cars. Guests may unload/load outside property but cars must then be left in the car park.

7. General Information

There are no extras to pay, electricity and hot water are all included.
